Can I return unsold products? 

Numskull Trade will not accept the return of unsold stock.

Received a faulty product?

If you have a received a fault product please contact us at help@numskulltrade.com with 14 days of receiving your orders. Where possible we will send out exact match replacement items but if the item is no longer is stock a refund will be given.

Faulty items will be returned to Yellow Bulldog Ltd at the cost of the customer and once Yellow Bulldog Ltd has determined the items are faulty customers will be issued with a refund for the cost of delivery.

Customer has returned a item as faulty?

If a customer purchases a product from your store/online shop and returns it as faulty please contact us at help@numskulltrade.com and we will be able to look at refunding the item or sending a replacement item.

Changed your mind after you ordered?

If you have changed your mind please contact help@numskulltrade.com ASAP. We will attempt to cancel the order but if your order has already been dispatched we will be unable to cancel the order.
